The Factory at The District is accepting applications to join our team of rock stars. We offer full and part time positions in all aspects of our operations.

NOW HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS

JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Greet guests upon entry to facility
• Scan and examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity
• Inform security and management of any witnessed rule infractions
• Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable to the guest
• Resolve guest complaints or problems with accessing tickets on their mobile device
• Guide guests to bars, restrooms, box office or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency
• Ensure guests are safely and responsibly enjoying the show
• Work alongside security to monitor egress of all guests once show is complete
• Work with fellow staff members at the end of show to close the venue – this may include collecting discarded items from the main floor or reserved sections, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as chairs, barricade, Etc.
• May write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance
• Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
• Position requires constant standing, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+

• Process financial transactions for sales
