This policy defines the commitment of TSG Factory STL, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company d/b/a The Factory at the District (“The Factory at the District”) to protect the privacy of personal information that is collected or used by The Factory at the District in the course of conducting The Factory at the District’s business. The Factory at the District will align its Human Resources processes, policies, practices, and guidelines to comply with this Policy.

Your safety and well-being is important to The Factory. The Factory is strictly following all current St. Louis County restrictions and policies, as well as recommendations from the CDC, as it relates to COVID-19.
A mask is required to enter the facility and must be worn at all times other than when drinking. This applies to people age five and older, including those who are vaccinated. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and even death. By visiting our establishment, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Please also be aware that The Factory is an almost totally cashless facility. Tickets can be purchased at our box office with all major credit cards and with Apple Pay. Concession at our bars can be purchased with all major credit cards and with Apple Pay. Band merchandise sales will accept all major credit cards and cash.
