All shows are for guests 12 years old and up unless noted on the show event page. Children under 12 can attend an “All Ages” event when accompanied by their legal guardian. All children 2 years or older will need a valid ticket to enter the venue. The Factory highly recommends ear protection for anyone under 16 years of age.

A valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID is required for anyone planning to purchase and/or drink alcohol at the venue. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will not be permitted to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. If the security staff are presented with a fake ID, the patron will not be allowed to enter the venue and a refund will not be given. Shows that are listed as 16+, 18+ or 21+ require a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID to enter the venue. Minors cannot attend a 16+, 18+ or 21+ show even with their legal guardian.

Reentry is not allowed once you have entered the venue for a show.

The District will not allow overnight queueing. Sightlines inside The Factory give an unobstructed view from every angle, so there is no need to line up early to get a great place to watch the show. Fans that do want to line up prior to doors can start lining up at 8 am on the day of the show.

The Factory is a non-smoking facility. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue. Smoking is restricted to the two second floor smoking decks for our 21+ patrons.

All Tabs left open at the bar will be closed at the end of the event and a 25% gratuity will be added to the bill.

Please be aware that The Factory is an almost totally cashless facility. Tickets can be purchased at our box office with all major credit cards and with Apple Pay. Concession at our bars can be purchased with all major credit cards and with Apple Pay. Band merchandise sales will accept all major credit cards and cash.
