The Factory’s goal is for everyone to have a fun and safe experience. We kindly ask that you respect everyone in the venue; including the patrons, the staff and the performers.
All guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry to the venue. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving bags (larger than 12”x10”x10”) and prohibited items at home. Any prohibited items that are confiscated will not be held or returned. This list is subject to change without notification.
The following items are PROHIBITED:
* Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs. Individuals with these special needs should contact a security person upon entry for special attention.
Event security reserves the right to deem any other item inappropriate.
All shows are for guests 12 years old and up unless noted on the show event page. Children under 12 can attend an “All Ages” event when accompanied by their legal guardian. All children 2 years or older will need a valid ticket to enter the venue. The Factory highly recommends ear protection for anyone under 16 years of age.
A valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID is required for anyone planning to purchase and/or drink alcohol at the venue. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will not be permitted to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. If the security staff are presented with a fake ID, the patron will not be allowed to enter the venue and a refund will not be given. Shows that are listed as 16+, 18+ or 21+ require a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID to enter the venue. Minors cannot attend a 16+, 18+ or 21+ show even with their legal guardian.
Reentry is not allowed once you have entered the venue for a show.
The District will not allow overnight queueing. Sightlines inside The Factory give an unobstructed view from every angle, so there is no need to line up early to get a great place to watch the show. Fans that do want to line up prior to doors can start lining up at 8 am on the day of the show.
The Factory is a non-smoking facility. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue. Smoking is restricted to the two second floor smoking decks for our 21+ patrons.
All Tabs left open at the bar will be closed at the end of the event and a 20% gratuity will be added to the bill.
The Factory at The District no longer requires proof of Covid-19 vaccinations or negative Covid-19 tests, unless otherwise required by an artist for their upcoming show at our venue.
If you are planning to attend or purchase a ticket to an upcoming show, we ask that you visit that show’s event page here on TheFactorySTL.com to see what specific Covid-19 policies might be in place, as each show may have different restrictions.
