Hailed as the “Group of the Decade” by Billboard, INTOCABLE has been breaking barriers for 28 years. The 2-time GRAMMY ® and 7-time Latin GRAMMY® Award winning Mexican-American Group from Zapata, Texas emerged in the early 90’s with a unique, genre-bending Tejano/Norteño sound that artfully blended with textures of rock, pop, polka, cumbia and folk and has cemented them as one of the most compelling musical groups in the world.

With over 50 Million albums sold, 1.5 billion YouTube views and countless accolades, the group started by friends Ricardo Muñoz and René Martínez in 1994, continues to innovate and remains one of the best selling touring bands in Regional Mexican Music.

They followed their 2016 GRAMMY® nominated album Highway with Percepción, an album released in 2019 and produced in its entirety by the legendary Don Was (Rolling Stones, Bonnie Raitt). During the 2020 lockdown they released Desde Casa, En Concierto, y Canciones Desempolvadas, an album that earned them two Premio lo Nuestro nominations in the categories of Album of the Year Regional Mexican and Norteña Song of the Year Regional Mexican for the single “Nunca Supe Amarte.” That same year, they released the album Texican.

INTOCABLE has accrued a long list of legendary and at times, historic achievements. By early 2000’s they had sold out 6 consecutive nights at Mexico City’s National Auditorium, gathered 140,000 fans at El Zocalo in Mexico City and brought over 70,000 fans to the Reliant Stadium in Houston, TX. Unlike any other Norteño group they have been able to perform three traditional shows every year at the Monterey Arena in Mexico to a sold out crowd. In 2002 they were nominated for the ALMA Award for Outstanding Latin Group of the Year. Two years later they received a nomination to the American Music Award for Favorite Latin Artist. Shortly after in 2005, they received their first GRAMMY® for Best Mexican/Mexican-American Album Intimamente. Continuing to ride the wave of success their 2006 album Crossroads: Cruce de Caminos became their fourth number-one set on the Billboard Top Latin Albums. It was released in a standard CD presentation, CD/DVD combo including bonus materials and a Fan Edition with an extra track.

In 2011 INTOCABLE became the first Mexican-American group to perform at the halftime show at the Dallas Cowboys vs. Redskins game. That same year they were nominated 5 times at the Billboard Regional Mexican Awards and took home 2 of the 5 nominations. At the height of their success they released their album Intocable 2011 under their own music label Good I Music which earned them a Latin GRAMMY® nomination for Best Norteño Album. The first two singles, “Robarte Un Beso” and “Prometí”, went to Number 1 on US regional radio charts. They also received a declaration from the City of Los Angeles that same year. The following year they took home all three categories they were nominated for at the Premio Lo Nuestro Awards.

The iconic group made history in 2015 by streaming a showcase in which 220,000 people watched from the comfort of their homes and set the record for Most Sold Out Nights in Monterrey’s Show Arena, a feat that earned them the title of “Owners of the Arena”. In 2016, Billboard named Highway Album of the Year. That same year the album was nominated to a Latin GRAMMY® and the group was honored with the prestigious Trajectory (Life-Time Achievement) Award for their meritorious musical career.

Shortly after, SESAC Latin handed them the Icon Award for their outstanding career. The album was #1 for three weeks straight in the Regional Mexican Billboard Chart and their second single “Quiéreme (Ámame)” was #1 in radio according to Monitor Latino. As if that wasn’t enough they broke another record in 2016 by being the first Regional Mexican talent to headline the three-day series at the prestigious SXSW (SX Américas).

INTOCABLE has continued to top the charts throughout the years with multiple Top 10 radio hits including “Te Amo (Para Siempre)”, “Eres Mi Droga”, “Fuerte No Soy”, “Sueña”, and “Aire”.

Their continued hard work is transparent in their music. They were recognized in 2017 by the International Press, Radio & TV Association and won the “Maximo Orgullo Hispano” award. In 2017 INTOCABLE were also honored on the floor of the Texas House of Representatives for their contribution to the Tejano Norteño Arts and their community.

Aside from gifting the world with their music, INTOCABLE has made a lasting impression with their humanitarian efforts. They are the first and ONLY Hispanic artists to donate $1 Million of their own personal funds for cancer research and the care of children with cancer making them Ambassadors of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. They are also Ardent supporters of Toys for Tots & the Make-a-Wish Foundation. In the wake of Hurricane Harvey in Texas Intocable donated an undisclosed amount of their personal funds to the Red Cross. In the wake of Mexico’s devastating earthquake, INTOCABLE rebuilt 5 homes for fans in Puebla. They became the first Mexican-American group to become Immigration Rights Activists and recorded the song “Mojado” with Ricardo Arjona to shine light into the plight of immigrants crossing the border. In 2016 they became Human Rights & Social change advocates and released the song “Día 730” on their album Highway to raise awareness of the Juarez femicide. INTOCABLE continues to use their fame and unlimited power for good. They are artists who exude humility even with their unstoppable fame and fortune all these years.

INTOCABLE has consistently shown throughout years of exemplary sonic output that they are trailblazers who have and will continue to pave the way for generations of Mexican-American artists.

In early 2022, the band released the first single off their upcoming album, titled “Si Me Duele Que Duela” written by Pablo Preciado (Matisse) and produced by Don Was. The song spent two consecutive weeks at #1 in the Billboard charts and earned them a nod to Premios de La Radio in the Norteña Song of the Year category, where they found themselves competing against themselves as they were also nominated for “No Me Hablen de Amor '', their collaboration with Pepe Aguilar. They earned a third nomination in the Group of the Year category. In October 2022, INTOCABLE released their latest single “Un Poquito Tuyo”.

Nombrado el “Grupo de la Década” por la revista Billboard, INTOCABLE ha estado rompiendo barreras durante 28 años. El grupo mexicano-estadounidense de Zapata, Texas, ganador de 2 premios GRAMMY® y 7 premios Latin GRAMMY®, surgió a principios de la década de los 90 con un sonido tejano/norteño único que mezclado ingeniosamente con texturas de rock, pop, polka, cumbia y folk y los ha cimentado como una de las agrupaciones musicales más influenciales del mundo.

Con más de 50 millones de álbumes vendidos, 1.500 miles de millones de visitas en YouTube e innumerables elogios, el grupo iniciado por los amigos Ricardo Muñoz y René Martínez en 1994, continúa innovando y sigue siendo una de las bandas de gira más vendidas en la música regional mexicana.

Después de lanzar Highway, su álbum nominado al GRAMMY® en 2016, presentaron Percepción, un álbum lanzado en 2019 y producido en su totalidad por el legendario Don Was (Rolling Stones, Bonnie Raitt). Durante el encierro de 2020 lanzaron Desde Casa, En Concierto, y Canciones Desempolvadas, álbum que les generó dos nominaciones a los Premios lo Nuestro en las categorías de Álbum del Año Regional Mexicano y Canción Norteña del Año Regional Mexicano por el sencillo “Nunca Supe Amarte.” Ese mismo año, lanzaron el álbum Texican.

INTOCABLE ha acumulado una larga lista de logros legendarios y, en ocasiones, históricos. A principios de la década de 2000, agotaron las entradas de 6 noches consecutivas en el Auditorio Nacional de la Ciudad de México, reunieron a 140.000 fanáticos en El Zócalo de la Ciudad de México y juntaron a más de 70.000 fanáticos en el Estadio Reliant en Houston, TX. A diferencia de cualquier otro grupo norteño, han podido realizar tres espectáculos tradicionales cada año en el Monterey Arena en México ante una multitud de boletas agotadas. En el 2002 fueron nominados al Premio ALMA a Grupo Latino Sobresaliente del Año. Dos años más tarde recibieron una nominación al American Music Award como Artista Latino Favorito. Poco después, en el 2005, recibieron su primer GRAMMY® al Mejor Álbum Mexicano/Mexicano-Americano Íntimamente. Continuando con la ola de éxito, su álbum del 2006 Crossroads: Cruce de Caminos se convirtió en su cuarto número uno en Billboard Top Latin Albums. Fue lanzado en una presentación de CD estándar, un combo de CD/DVD que incluyó materiales adicionales y una edición para fanáticos con una pista adicional.

En el 2011, INTOCABLE se convirtió en el primer grupo mexicano-estadounidense en presentarse en el espectáculo de medio tiempo del juego Dallas Cowboys vs. Redskins. Ese mismo año fueron nominados 5 veces en los Premios Billboard Regional Mexicano y se llevaron a casa 2 de las 5 nominaciones. En el apogeo de su éxito, lanzaron su álbum Intocable 2011 bajo su propio sello musical Good I Music, que les logró una nominación al Latin GRAMMY® como Mejor Álbum Norteño. Los dos primeros sencillos, “Robarte Un Beso” y “Prometí”, alcanzaron el número 1 en las listas de radio regionales de Estados Unidos. También recibieron una declaración de la Ciudad de Los Ángeles ese mismo año. El año siguiente se llevaron a casa las tres categorías a las que fueron nominados en los Premios Premio Lo Nuestro.

El icónico grupo hizo historia en el 2015 al transmitir un showcase en el que 220,000 personas lo vieron desde la comodidad de sus hogares y batieron el récord de Más Sold Out Nights en el Show Arena de Monterrey, hazaña que les valió el título de “Dueños de la Arena”. En el 2016, Billboard nombró Highway Álbum del Año. Ese mismo año el álbum fue nominado a un Latin GRAMMY® y el grupo fue honrado con el prestigioso Premio Trayectoria (Lifetime Achievement) Award por su meritoria carrera musical.

Poco después, SESAC Latin les entregó el Premio Ícono por su destacada trayectoria. El álbum se posicionó #1 por tres semanas seguidas en la lista de Billboard Regional Mexicano y su segundo sencillo “Quiéreme (Ámame)” fue #1 en radio según Monitor Latino. Por si fuera poco rompieron otro récord en el 2016 al ser el primer talento Regional Mexicano en encabezar la serie de tres días en el prestigioso SXSW (SX Américas).

INTOCABLE ha seguido encabezando las listas a lo largo de los años con múltiples éxitos de radio Top 10 que incluyen "Te Amo (Para Siempre)", "Eres Mi Droga", "Fuerte No Soy", "Sueña" y "Aire".

Su arduo trabajo continuo es transparente en su música. Fueron reconocidos en el 2017 por la Asociación Internacional de Prensa, Radio y TV y ganaron el premio “Máximo Orgullo Hispano”. En el 2017, INTOCABLE también fueron honrados en la Cámara de Representantes de Texas por su contribución a las artes tejano y norteño y su comunidad.

Además de obsequiar al mundo con su música, INTOCABLE ha dejado una impresión indeleble con sus esfuerzos humanitarios. Son los primeros y ÚNICOS artistas hispanos en donar $1 millón de sus propios fondos personales para la investigación del cáncer y el cuidado de niños con cáncer, lo que los convierte en Embajadores de St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. También son fervientes partidarios de Toys for Tots y la Fundación Make-a-Wish. A raíz del huracán Harvey en Texas, Intocable donó una cantidad no revelada de sus fondos personales a la Cruz Roja. Tras el devastador terremoto de México, INTOCABLE reconstruyó 5 casas para fanáticos en Puebla. Se convirtieron en el primer grupo mexicano-estadounidense en convertirse en activistas por los derechos de los inmigrantes y grabaron la canción “Mojado” con Ricardo Arjona para arrojar luz sobre la difícil situación de los inmigrantes que cruzan la frontera. En el 2016 se convirtieron en defensores de los derechos humanos y el cambio social y lanzaron la canción “Día 730” en su álbum Highway para crear conciencia sobre el feminicidio en Juárez. INTOCABLE continúa usando su fama y poder ilimitado para el bien. Son artistas que destilan humildad aún con su imparable fama y fortuna todos estos años.

INTOCABLE ha demostrado constantemente a lo largo de años de producción sónica ejemplar que son pioneros que han y seguirán allanado el camino para generaciones de artistas mexicano-estadounidenses.

A principios de 2022, el grupo lanzó el primer sencillo de su próximo álbum, titulado “Si Me Duele Que Duela”, escrito por Pablo Preciado (Matisse) y producido por Don Was. La canción pasó dos semanas consecutivas en el #1 de las listas de Billboard y les ganó una nominación a los Premios de La Radio en la categoría Canción Norteña del Año, donde se encontraron compitiendo contra sí mismos ya que también fueron nominados con “No Me Hablen de Amor'', su colaboración con Pepe Aguilar.
