Production

• Stagehands
  • Age 21+ – Assist with event load-in/load-out, set changes, and backstage support.
• Runner
  • Age 21+ – Shop and deliver items and assist staff with quick errands before and during events. Must have valid driver’s license.
• Hospitality
  • Age 21+ – Support artists/crew by stocking dressing rooms, coordinating meals, and assisting with requests.
• Barista
  • Age 21+ – Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks while providing friendly customer service.

Facilities

• Parking Attendant
  • Age 18 + – Assist in directing vehicles to open parking spots and exiting parking lot.
• Porters
  • Age 18+ – Maintain cleanliness during events, remove trash, keeps restrooms stocked. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Facilities Set Up
  • Age 18+ – Assist in venue set up and breakdown. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Bar

• Bartenders
  • Age 21+ – Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean bar area.
• Bar Backs
  • Age 21+ – Restock supplies, replenish ice and mixers, and keep the bar organized for bartenders. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Elevated Experience Table Attendant
  • Age 21+ – Deliver and serve bottles to tables, mix drinks tableside, monitor guest needs, and maintain a polished presentation.

Operations

• Safety/Security Team
  • Age 21+ – Securing the premises, monitoring who is coming into the building, adhering to safetyprotocol, making sure prohibited people and items cannot enter the facility while maintaining high level of customer service.

Guests Services

• Box Office Manager
  • Full Time – Manage ticketing operations, oversee Ticketmaster systems, supervise staff, coordinate on-sales/VIP programs, and ensure accurate reporting and settlements. Must have ticketing and management experience with flexible availability.
• Ushers
  • Age 18+ – Assist in seating guests and customer service.
• Box Office Attendants
  • Age 18+ – Sell and distribute tickets, assist with will-call, and answer guest questions at the box office.
